Closures Due to Adverse Weather

Historically, we have not had to close clubs due to adverse weather conditions. Our general policy is that if the school is open, our After School and Breakfast Clubs will be open.

Following several school closures due to snow, we have written a new policy on closures due to adverse weather conditions.

From this point forward, if we are unable to open due to the school being closed, parents will have a credit for the cost of the missed session put on their account. This can be deducted from their current invoice or future invoices.  If the school is closed for several days, a credit will be provided for each day.

If the School is open, but we are unable to open the club, we will also provide a credit on your account.

If the School is open, and the club is open, but you choose to collect your child early, you will not receive a credit. If your child attends one of our collection schools (e.g. an infant school and the club is held in the junior school) you will only receive a credit if the collection school is officially closed.

For holiday club bookings, we will endeavour to open the club, if we are not able to open due to adverse weather conditions, a credit will be put onto each parents account.

We are committed to providing an affordable service of the highest level to parents, and we hope this polices underlines our commitment to providing this.
