Adverse Weather Closure Insurance
Join our Adverse Weather Closure Insurance Scheme, to receive a full refund in the event of the After School Club not opening due to adverse weather conditions. If you do not choose to take out the insurance you will be required to pay for all sessions even if the club does not open due to poor weather. 
Insurance Policy Cost (per child)

1 session per week £19.75
2 sessions per week £19.50
3 sessions per week £29.25
4 sessions per week £39.00
5 sessions per week £48.75

What the policy covers

1. Closure of the After School Club if the host school is closed due to adverse weather

2. Closure of a pick-up school, if the After School Club is open

3. Regular sessions only

What the policy does not cover

1. Holiday Club sessions

2. After School Club sessions if the school is open but you choose for your child to not attend

In the event of a refund being due, a credit will be put on your account to be deducted from your next invoice.

Your insurance policy will only become active once your premium has been received. Your premium must be received before the invoice due date for that term.

Your policy will last for one year.
We will contact you with an optional renewal at the end of the year
