After School Club Bookings
After School Club bookings are generally made on an ongoing basis. If we have spaces available we are happy to accept your child for ad hoc sessions.
Invoices are emailed or posted half termly and are due to be paid 2 weeks after the start of each half term.
Four weeks notice is required for any regular changes. Individual sessions cannot be cancelled or swapped.
Twice a year (Easter and September) you are able to join our Pay Monthly scheme where After School Club fees are split equally over 12 months and a regular standing order or childcare voucher payment is set up to come into our account each month.
A refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
A completed registration form is required for each child. You can obtain an After School Club registration form directly from the After School Club, or download one using the links below.
After School Club invoices can be paid using cash, cheques, BACs or childcare vouchers. We accept all childcare vouchers. Please contact us if you would like our childcare provider account details
