How do I book?

You need to complete a registration form for each child attending the club. There is a section on the reverse of the registration form for you to select the days you would like your child to attend.

The registration form can be downloaded from the booking & prices page or a copy can be collected from the After School Club. Once completed it can be posted to us at the address on the form or dropped into the After School Club. Please ensure you include the correct deposit.

How do I know if my child has a place?

Generally the club supervisor will know whether we have spaces available and will be able to tell you if you drop you form into the club whether you have a confirmed space or if you might be on a waiting list.

We will send you a Parent Inforamation Pack with lots of information about the club which will also detail the sessions you have been allocated.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, childcare vouchers and BACs transfers into our account for After School Club invoices. Holiday Club sessions can be booked and paid for online.

Please ensure you retain your receipt for all cash payments.

Yes, we accept all childcare vouchers.

How do I cancel sessions?

How do I cancel sessions?

Individual sessions cannot be cancelled. All other sessions require 4 weeks written notice. This can be by email orletter posted to us or droppped into the After School Club.

Individual sessions cannot be swapped to another day.

How can I book ad hoc sessions?

Ad hoc sessions can be booked on any day that we have availability. An ad hoc session can be arranged directly in the club, or you can contact us by using the contact us button above to arrange an ad hoc session.

What will my child eat as snack?

All our clubs are healthy eating club. We try to eat seasonal food. On arrival the children are given a drink and a fruit. The club supervisor creates a weekly snack menu. The snack is about half way through the session and could be beans on toast, noodles, home made pizzas. It is varied from week to week.

How do you communicate with regular parents?

We strongly encourage 2-way communication and parents are encouraged to discuss anything with the club supervisor on a day to day basis.

We have a parent notice board in the club which contains information about the club and current notices.

Each half term a newsletter is distributed with the invoices.

Our website is kept up to date with holiday club news.

We can currently only accept Holiday Club club bookings online.

What should I do if I am not happy about something?

What should I do if I am not happy about something?

If you are not happy about something, or have any comments at all about the club, please speak to the club supervisor. They will endeavour to help you. If you feel the club supervisor has not dealt with you to your satisfaction, please get in touch with us using the contact us button above.

Can I visit the club with my child?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pop into the club at any time to have a look around, show your child where it takes place and meet the staff. You do not need to book this, you can just turn up. We would appreciate it if you could visit after 4pm so that the children attending the club have a chance to get settled so that the supervisor can spend time with you and your child

Is there a qualified first aider present?

Yes. We aim for all our staff to be first aid trained. Some of the team are waiting for the next course to come up, but there would always be at least one first aider per club.

What happens if my child becomes ill?

We have all your contact details and full information about your child. If your child becomes ill we would make contact using the information provided on your registration form.

What happens if I'm running late to collect my child?

What happens if I'm running late to collect my child?

Please the club mobile if you are running late.

If you are later than our closing time we will need to keep 2 members of staff onsite until all children have been collected. If we know you are going to be late we can make an arrangement with our staff team and ensure your child knows that you will be arriving late. We do impose a late payment fee. By law, if we have not heard from any of the registered contacts within 30 minutes of the club finishing we have to contact social services in order to ensure that you child will be safe and looked after.
