What activities will my child be doing?
The aim of the club is for children to have fun in their holidays. We understand that all children are different and we aim to cater for each childŐs needs and interests. The activities are planned to ensure that the children are entertained and engaged during the day, whether it be in a group activity, making things, playing or spending time with new friends. During the day children always have access to board games, lego, k-nek, snooker table, football table, junk modelling, computer games, dance mat, junk modelling plus lots more. Then we have at least four focus activities per day which may include cooking, arts and crafts, games inside or outside. We have group/team games and challenges, for example parachute games or making a teepee in a group. We also have special themed days, details of these will be sent to you. An information board at the club will show you the daily plan. back to top >

What does my child need to bring?
During the After School Club, children do not need to bring anything. For the Holiday Club children will need to bring a packed lunch and drink for lunch. Please DO NOT SEND NUT PRODUCTS in your child's lunch box as some children have severe allergies to these. We store lunches in the same manner as they are stored in schools. We do not have facilities to refrigerate food so we suggest that you provide ice packs to put in their lunch boxes. We provide a snack to include fruit and drink in the morning and afternoon. They also need to bring sun cream with their name on and a hat if it is hot. Children can bring in their own toys and games if they wish, but they are the child's responsibility and Class Of Their Own will accept no responsibility for any games which are lost or damaged. back to top >
