West Hove Holiday Club
The After School and Holiday clubs take place in the school canteen at West Hove School.
The school canteen is a new building and has lots of space for indoor play, we also have use of the Junior School playground. Entrance to the canteen is through the Junior school playground. There is a bell on the junior gate that rings through to the club.
Our After School Club is open every day that West Hove School is open for children from West Hove Infant and Junior Schools. Junior children make their own way to the canteen and infant children are collected directly from their class and taken to the club by our team.
After School Club: End of school day until 6.00pm
We are open every school holiday to children from around the local area from 8.30am until 5.30pm.

The Team
Cath Warwick
is the supervisor at the After School Club. Cath has had lots of experience of playwork and running other childcare settings. She has recently moved over from our After School Club at Stanford Juniors to cover the maternity leave of Crimson Bonner. Cath has recently completed her foundation degree in Playwork and is a qualified trainer. She has her NVQ 3 in Playwork and is First Aid qualified.
Rebecca Nicholls
is a Playworker at the breakfast club. She is originally from Spain, where she obtained a degree in Social Studies. She holds a level 2 playwork qualification, and is currently studying for a level 3 in playwork.
Juanita Nunn
is the Senior Playworker with responsibility for the infants. She worked in Nursery childcare for many years and is currently studying for her NVQ 3 in Playwork. Juanita works from Monday to Friday.
Natalie Paddenburg
is a playworker at the club. She training to be a teacher at the University of Sussex.
Harriet Allwood
is a playworker in the club. She has recently graduated from a university arts degree. Harriet started working for us during the holidays and now works reguarly in the after school club. She is currently studying for an NVQ2 in playwork.
