	Class Of Their Own operates on a ratio of 1 adult to 8 children. There is a supervisor at each club who oversees the running of the club. Class Of Their Own only employs the best people for the job. We have a strict recruitment procedure. We interview all staff, receive 2 references and CRB Police Check all staff, all staff are also registered with Ofsted. The Ofsted regulations recommend that at least 50% of staff are qualified childcare professionals, we aim at 75%. Many of our employees have NVQ Level 2's in Playwork and we also employ trainee teachers.
