You need to complete a registration form for each child attending the club.  There is a section on the reverse of the registration form for you to select the days you would like your child to attend.

The registration form can be downloaded from the booking page or a copy can be collected from the Breakfast  or After School Club.  Once completed it can be posted to us at the address on the form or dropped into the Breakfast Club or After School Club. .

How do I know if my child has a place?

Generally the club supervisor will know whether we have spaces available and will be able to tell you if you drop you form into the club whether you have a confirmed space or if you might be on a waiting list. We currently have spaces available every day.

We will send you a Parent Inforamtion Pack with lots of information about the club which will also detail the sessions you have been allocated.

You are welcome to contact us if you would like to enquire about availability.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques, childcare vouchers and BACs transfers into our account for Breakfast and After School Club invoices.

Please ensure you retain your receipt for all cash payments.

Yes, we accept all childcare vouchers.

How do I cancel sessions?

How do I cancel sessions?

Individual sessions cannot be cancelled. All other sessions require 4 weeks written notice for permanent cancellation. This can be email or letter handed in at the Breakfast club or posted to us.

Individual sessions cannot be swapped to another day.

How can I book ad hoc sessions?

Ad hoc sessions can be booked in advance, or your child can just turn up on the day. There is a 50p per session surcharge for ad hoc sessions.

What will my child eat?

All our clubs are healthy eating clubs. 

We try to eat seasonal food. Our breakfast is healthy and nutritious and would typically consist of cereals, toast, yoghurt, fruit, juice and tea.

How do you communicate with regular parents?

We strongly encourage 2-way communication and parents are encouraged to discuss anything with the club supervisor on a day to day basis.

We have a parent notice board in the club which contains information about the club and current notices.

Each half term a newsletter is distributed with the invoices.

Our website is kept up to date with news.

We can currently only accept Holiday Club bookings online.

What should I do if I am not happy about something?

If you are not happy about something, or have any comments at all about the club, please speak to the club supervisor. They will endeavour to help you. If you feel the club supervisor has not dealt with you to your satisfaction, please feel free to get in touch with us on 01273 733337.

All our policies are available for viewing at any time in the After School Club.

Can I visit the club with my child?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pop into the club at any time to have a look around, show your child where it takes place and meet the team. You do not need to book this, you can just turn up.

Is there a qualified first aider present?

Yes. We aim for all our staff to be first aid trained. Some of the team are waiting for the next course to come up, but there is always be at least one first aider available every day.

What happens if my child becomes ill?

We have all your contact details and full information about your child. If your child becomes ill we would make contact using the information provided on your registration form.

What time does my child need to be at the club by?

What time does my child need to be at the club by?

The club opens at 8am, and breakfast is served until 8.40an. Please ensure your child is in the club by 8.40am if you would like them to have time for breakfast.

If you are running later than expected, but you will arrive before our closing time, you can arrange additional hours on the day. If you are late than our closing time we will need to keep 2 members of staff onsite until all children have been collected.If we know you are going to be late we can make an arrangement with our staff team and ensure your child knows that you will be arriving late. We do impose a late payment fee. By law, if we have not heard from any of the registered contacts within 30 minutes of the club finishing we have to contact social services in order to ensure that you child will be safe and looked after.
