How do I book?

How do I book?

Holiday club bookings are only accepted with payment. You can register, book and pay online by using the button above or download a paper booking form. We distribute a Holiday Club flyer, which has a booking form attached through local schools and are available in all our After School and Breakfast Clubs.

If your child has not been to us before you will need to complete a registration form for each child attending the club.

The registration form can be downloaded from the individual club page or a copy can be collected from one of our After School or Breakfast Clubs.

How do I know if my child has a place?

All holiday club bookings are based on a first come, first served basis.

Our online booking system will only allow you to book a session if places are available. If a place is not available, that session will not show in the list of available dates. If you book online, you booking is automatically confirmed at the time of booking.

If you book in one of our After School or Breakfast Clubs the supervisor will be able to confirm your booking immediately.

If you post a paper booking form to us, we will email a confirmation invoice to you.

Our online booking system is interactive, and only allows bookings to be made if spaces are available. If spaces are not available the session will not show as available.

We use WorldPay for our online bookings.  The service works very well, but it is expensive, and the surcharge covers some of our costs for the service. You do not have to book online and may post or drop off a booking form if it is more convenient.

Can I book online using Childcare Vouchers?

Yes. You will be asked to let us know which voucher provider you will be using to make payment when you make your online booking. If you have never paid us using vouchers before, you will need to contact us to obtain our account number for your voucher provider, and ask them to make payment to us.

Holiday club sessions can be booked and paid for online, plus we accept cash, cheques and childcare vouchers.

Please ensure you retain your receipt for all cash payments.

Yes, we accept all childcare vouchers.

How do I cancel sessions?

Holiday club sessions may be cancelled or amended 1 week prior to the start of a holiday.

After this, we may allow sessions to be swapped before the start of the holiday.

Once the holiday has started no sessions can be swapped or cancelled.

How many sessions do I have to book?

You can book as many or as few sessions as you would like in the holidays. There is not a minimum.

What are your opening hours?

All our clubs are open from at least 8.30am until 5.30pm, with some clubs operating longer days from 8am until 6pm. As opening times vary by club, please check the individual club pages for more information.

Does my child need a packed lunch?

Yes, please provide a packed lunch and lunch time drink.

Please do not bring foods containing any nuts as some children have potentially fatal nut allergies.

We provide a healthy snack in the morning and afternoon. This could be fruit, rice cakes, pitta bread, vegetables and dips.

Your child will need a packed lunch. In addition, please bring a sun hat if the weather is nice, and a waterproof if it is wet.

Your child should wear something they feel comfortable in and appropriate footwear for running around. We do provide aprons but please be aware that our art activities are fun and can be messy! We do not recommend that children wear their best clothes. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged clothes.

If you are not happy about something, or have any comments at all about the club, please speak to the club supervisor. They will endeavour to help you. If you feel the club supervisor has not dealt with the situation to your satisfaction, please feel free to get in touch with us on 01273 733337.

All our policies are available for viewing at any time in the Holiday Club

Can I visit the club with my child?

Yes, you are more than welcome to pop into the club at any time to have a look around, show your child where it takes place and meet the staff. You do not need to book this, you can just turn up.

Yes. We aim for all our staff to be first aid trained. Some of the team are waiting for the next course to come up, but there would always be at least one first aider per club.

We have all your contact details and full information about your child. If your child becomes ill we would make contact using the information provided on your registration form.

Please contact us if you are running late.

If you are running later than expected, but you will arrive before our closing time, you can arrange additional hours on the day. If you are late than our closing time we will need to keep 2 members of staff onsite until all children have been collected.If we know you are going to be late we can make an arrangement with our staff team and ensure your child knows that you will be arriving late. We do impose a late payment fee. By law, if we have not heard from any of the registered contacts within 30 minutes of the club finishing we have to contact social services in order to ensure that you child will be safe and looked after.
