Training
Excellent in-house training opportunities. We believe our training programme is second to none!
Before you start with us, you will participate in induction training to ensure you have knowledge and confidence to start your role. Shortly after you have started you will attend our 3 part induction programme which will equip you with all the skills you need to work in our clubs.
Annual all team training day tailored spefically to your skills and experience
Excellent external training opportunities. We support our team in obtaining NVQs, Foundation Degrees, becoming trainers and assesors, plus attending specialist courses such as Makaton, Challenging Behaviour, Safeguarding, Epi-pen and much more!
All team members encouraged to attend a Paediatric First Aid Training (course costs and your time are both paid for by Class Of Their Own).
