A message for our customers: I hope you and your families are well at this challenging time. I’m aware that you will be keen to know what our stance is regarding customer fees for the duration of the Coronavirus closure.

I will write to you on Friday (27th March) to outline our full position, but in the meantime, if I could ask you not to contact the office regarding fees, as this will allow my administrators to concentrate on supporting the key worker families.

What I can confirm for you now is that we will NOT be charging full fees for the duration of the closure.

Closure of our clubs until the schools return

I am very sorry to tell you that due to the COVID-19 crisis we will be closing all of our clubs at 6pm this evening until the schools have returned.  We have struggled to stay open this week to support Key Worker families, but most clubs have experienced little to no attendance.
